Order by 2pm for Same Day Shipping option!

At TheVeganKind you will have different shipping options at checkout, one of these being Same Day Shipping/Next Day Delivery! PLEASE NOTE - 95% of these Same Day Shipping/Next Day Delivery orders will indeed be received 'Next Day', but there is a chance your parcel may well be delayed due to extenuating circumstances such as:
  • Weather
  • Road accidents
TheVeganKind cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery. You are paying for an expedited/premium DPD service as they are the only courier in the UK that will handle Chilled/Fresh/Frozen goods. The goods are always still suitable for consumption even if they experience a 1 day delay.  

How long will delivery take?

At checkout you will be able to select:

Royal Mail 48 (Tracked Service up to 20KG. Untracked service only for under 2KG (Packaging accounts for 600g)) (2 days tracked. 2-3 days untracked).

(Not available if Chilled, Fresh or Frozen items in your basket). DPD Tracked (Next Working Day) if ordered before our cut off time of 2pm. (This is your only shipping option if you have Chilled, Fresh or Frozen items in your basket)

Please note: If you place your order after 2pm on Friday, your order will not be picked up by DPD until the following Monday. The weekend is classed as out of office hours and therefore any orders placed for next day delivery after 2pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday (Wednesday for those in a 2 day location). This is made clear at checkout. Shipping options are determined by your postcode, i.e Scottish Highland postcodes above will not have the option to select Next Day Delivery.

Please note All orders that include CHILLED, FROZEN OR FRESH items placed Next Day DPD AFTER 2PM on a Thursday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery unless you have the option to select Next Day Saturday delivery at check out. This is because we are unable to send chilled goods in transit on a Friday as they would be destroyed by DPD on the Sunday.


Changed your mind?

If you’ve changed your mind for any reason, you can return your non-perishable items to TheVeganKind for a refund or exchange as long as they’re in resellable or exchangeable condition. Unfortunately TheVeganKind can’t cover postage costs for products that aren’t faulty or damaged, so please return these on a tracked service within 30 days of receiving your order. Make sure you include:
  • your order number
  • what you’re returning
  • the reason for the return
  • enough packaging to keep the item safe on its way back to us
TheVeganKind won’t be able to refund items that aren’t resellable (for example, the packaging is damaged) unless they're faulty or damaged.

Something wrong with your order?

If you get your order and something is damaged, faulty or just not right, please do let us know as soon as possible! Please keep your order invoice, and take photos of the products for our reference. If we need you to return anything, TheVeganKind will pay the cost of this, so contact us to organise your personalised return label! Even if you're returning something faulty or damaged, please make sure you package it well for transport.
